Beautifully picturesque. I’m in Port Merion wishing I knew more about The Prisoner. Still, even for those who have little to no idea about the series bar the fact it involved Patrick McGoohan, the phrase “I am not a number” and some big white balls, Port Merion is well worth a visit for its beautifully-rendered environs, particularly around the waterfront.
There’s also a Japanese garden built nearby (right of the picture) that is a wonderfully pleasant place to go and chill out, particularly with the excellent version of Mahjong available for free play.
Go pay a visit!
